Who we are

What data we collect

Server logs: our web server automatically records standard technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) to keep the website secure and running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Quote requests: the data you enter in the quote form (see below).

The website has no user accounts and we do not ask for any other personal data.

Quote requests

When you send a quote request, we process the data you enter (company name, contact person, email, phone, country, type of business, products, quantities and message) only to prepare our offer and handle a potential business relationship. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The fields marked with * are needed to prepare an offer – without them we cannot respond to your request.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to see how visitors use the website (e.g. which pages are viewed and for how long), so we can improve it. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We currently do not use marketing cookies. If we add them in the future, they will only be activated with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who receives your data

We only share your data with service providers who help us run the website, under data processing agreements:

Google Ireland Limited – Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (website statistics)
Twilio Inc. (SendGrid) – delivery of quote request emails

We do not sell your data or pass it on to others for their own marketing.

Transfers outside the EU

Google and Twilio SendGrid may process data in the USA. Both companies are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection (Art. 45 GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing and to data portability. Where we process your data based on our legitimate interest, you can object at any time. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time – this does not affect processing carried out before.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, www.dataprotection.gov.sk).

Automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

Age gate

The age and trade confirmation is stored only in your own browser (local storage) so we don't ask again. It is not sent to us.
